I found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location worked perfectly as it was near transportation and key areas. My room had a good television and convenient bedside outlets for charging devices.

The room included good lighting and a comfortable bed for a restful night. A safe and a kettle added convenience. The bathroom was newly renovated and very clean.

The location provided easy walking access to many attractions. Waverley Station was also very close. Tram access to the airport proved very convenient for traveling to and from the hotel.

The bathroom felt small, and it had a huge workspace adjacent to it. this arrangement was strange. I thought the bathroom needed more space. there was no safe in the room. i also missed having a refrigerator for personal use, it's an important feature.
